Accreditation
CareerLink offers a program of on the job learning with a host employer in the workplace and off the job training with a Registered Training Organisation such as TAFE. The on the job learning refers to the subject Structured Workplace Learning and a range of industry courses in Off the Job Training combine to equate to a subject equivalent. These subject equivalents earn entrance points into TAFE courses for school leavers.
Students who successfully complete the subject Structured Workplace Learning (On the Job) receive:
+ A Certificate of Completion + A Skills profile of Achievement + TAFE Entry points + Completion of the subject - Structured Workplace Learning + Recognition on the Curriculum Council's Statement of Results for Secondary Graduation
Students who successfully achieve competency in the Off the Job Training course receive:
+ A Statement of Results from the TAFE or Private Training Organisation + TAFE Entry points. + Achievement of a Subject Equivalent
